I have been traveling for almost 7 years. I have been with Trinity for the past 9 months, and this is the longest I have stayed with one company. There has not been a single problem, they are honest and helpful,and always there for me. They not only care for me, but they care about my family. I would vote Ron York the best recruiter ever.
For me, Trinity means knowing who will answer the phone when I have a question or concern about my assignment and contract. The pay is better than most, and I've yet to find a mistake in my check. Trinity is one of those rare companies that seems to really care about its employees.
I finally found it!! A staffing agency that listens and understands my needs as an indivudual. Having worked as an RN for 8 years, I have had the opportunity to work with several different agencies and I can honestly say, by far, that Trinity Healthcare is the best. The staff is always willing to listen to my needs as a working mother. I have found that the assignments are very appropriate to my skills as a cardiac critical care RN as well as flexible enough to allow me time with my family and other obligations. The hourly compensation is very competitive with the other staffing agencies in my area and there is always someone available to answer my questions.
Trinity Healthcare makes it very easy to supplement my income with flexible scheduling. When I supervised, and had to obtain agency nurses for the hospital, Trinity is where I looked first. They had the best nurses, they always showed up, and they did a good job. I am proud to be counted among the nurses from Trinity. But since I have become a traveler, I have to say, Trinity finds a good place for me to be. I bring home twice as much money as I did when I worked for the hospital. A lot of other nurses ask, are you happy with your agency? My reply is always the same: absolutely! No matter how far away I travel, Trinity is just a phone call away. I know they are there to help if needed. I never feel abandoned.
Mindy and the staff at Trinity Healthcare Staffing have gone above and beyond for their nurses. I have worked for other staffing agencies and I find that with Trinity Healthcare they really do put their nurses first.
I have worked for Trinity for 2 years and I have had a wonderful working experience with this agency. I enjoy having the freedom to work the hours I wish to work and not have to "punch" a clock. The salary I receive is great. They feel that nurses should be paid a higher salary for the work they do as nurses. They want to reward your experience and dedication to the profession. I have a wonderful Branch Manager. Her name is Mindy Milligan and I absolutely feel that she is one of the main reasons that I have stayed with Trinity because she reflects what Trinity is all about. Good rapport with her nurses, kindness and caring and taking the time to work out anything that you might need to discuss or have any concerns about any situation that may arise.
