Freedom & a Great Salary!
I have worked for Trinity for 2 years and I have had a wonderful working experience with this agency. I enjoy having the freedom to work the hours I wish to work and not have to "punch" a clock. The salary I receive is great. They feel that nurses should be paid a higher salary for the work they do as nurses. They want to reward your experience and dedication to the profession. I have a wonderful Branch Manager. Her name is Mindy Milligan and I absolutely feel that she is one of the main reasons that I have stayed with Trinity because she reflects what Trinity is all about. Good rapport with her nurses, kindness and caring and taking the time to work out anything that you might need to discuss or have any concerns about any situation that may arise.
